Novie Blendz: Okay 1st Question Where Are You From? Riggz: I’m originally born in Jamaica but i grew up in Atlanta Novie Blendz: Cool, So when did you 1st get into rap? Riggz: April 2012 in a league called RBC from Rocky Mount NC. Novie Blendz: How did that opportunity come to you? Riggz: It’s a long story. Long story short, my homeboy called me saying that a dude named Bilk said he could beat me in a battle and I came up there to battle him, but that didn’t work out. So I ended up battling a guy named Africa and that was the birth of Baghdad. Novie Blendz: Wow, interesting. How do you feel you did over all against Africa? Riggz: For neither one of us to be prepared for each other, I did great against him I won the battle but salute to him for coming out. Novie Blendz: All right , Now how did the Baghdad Battle League get Created? & Are you it’s founder? Riggz: Well I always wanted to start a league for the city of Raleigh, because I’ve been here for so long and there is a lot of talent here that’s not being recognized and Miltownbloe the founder of Spit Dat Heat pretty much pointed me in the right direction to get my league off the ground, and yes I’m the founder as well. Novie Blendz: That’s super dope!!! I’ve noticed a lot of people become league owners once they’ve retired from battling. How is it being both a battler & League owner at the same Time? Riggz: Very frustrating because you have to talk to people as an owner and if they say the wrong
