I tried managing and being a producer but the videography lane was more of a fit for me. I started promoting local artists by distributing DVDs thru St. Louis 100 Bars: Was there a blueprint to follow at the time? Owe/Street status: I just wanted to brand street status by all means. Smack, all access, cocaine city, and others all laid down a serious grind before me. 100 Bars: Who does your team consist of? Owe/Street status: I handle most of the business myself from the videography to setting up the battles. 100 Bars: Is the battle scene big in St. Louis? Owe/Street status: Its larger everywhere else but its catching on more here. 100 Bars: How far has your brand expanded?
