100 Bars: What are your measurements/ height/ weight Blu Gem: 34-26-43 I weigh about 135, and I’m 5’2” 100 Bars: What are some of the projects that you have worked on or have been a part of? Blu Gem: Well I’ve been in a good amount of videos including 2 Chainz and Kanye West “Birthday song,” French Montana’s “9,000 watts,” and most recently for Wale featuring Juicy J, and Nicki Minaj “Clappers.” I graced the latest cover of Sweets Magazine, shot for the cover of Exit 21 with Chinx Drugz, the cover of Sneak Peek mag, and just recently shot for the cover of Straight Stuntin mag with Oun P dropping in Sept. I’m set to be apart of a new HBO series called The Point which is very reminiscent of The Wire that I’m excited about. I have my own clothing line called The House of Gem, with all the latest most out standing pieces. Can be purchased at www.thehouseofgem.com. Last but not least I’m currently working on a mix tape. So, we’re definitely working on this side. 100 Bars: How did you get started in modeling? Blu Gem: Long story short, I was first noticed in the ladies bathroom of a club by a girl named Evana Kay who managed another model. She liked my look, she liked my style, and asked if I ever modeled before, or if I was interested in it. We exchanged info, and the rest is history. So I never set out to become a model, it just sort of happened.
100 Bars: What are your hobbies? Blu Gem: I really love to shop, I guess you can say I’m an actual impulsive shopper lol. Other then that, I’m really quite busy with work. Whenever I do have time, I enjoy a good read. 100 Bars: Whats your personality like? Blu Gem: People always tell me that I’m very humble, and down to earth. Easy going type, but I’m very serious and particular when it comes to work, and my brand. 100 Bars: What kind of Guys/Girls are you attracted to? Blu Gem: I generally like older men, simply because I’m not into all the games, and I don’t have time to train boys on how to be a man lol. So a guy with his head on straight, ambitious, honest, and confident. 100 Bars: What your idea of a perfect date? Blu Gem: The Perfect date for me is one where we can talk and get to know each other. It doesn’t really matter what we do, as long as I’m getting that mental stimulation. I like intelligence. 100 Bars: Whats a big turn off for you? Blu Gem: Major turn off for me is bad hygiene. I like nice hands as crazy as it may sound, I’m big on nice hands, and last cheap men, that’s such a turn off. 100 Bars: Are you into battle rap? If so who’s your favorite rapper?
