Rutgers Finance Society hosted
Commercial Financial Association
Panel (CFA) on 10/17/2013.The
panel was a great group of individuals from
diverse backgrounds. The most rewarding aspect
of it all was that they explored a comprehensive
concept of finance with an application of an indepth and robust case study. It was incredible to
see the various moving parts that are in motion
working together in perfect coordination.
Upcoming Events:
Rutgers Finance Society will be hosting Colm
O'Cinnedide, who is the head of the Portfolio
Construction Group at QS

covering the different roles in the firm, the
products and services provided, and the typical
client. He will also present some examples of
investment strategies that QS Investors has
researched that have been of particular interest in
recent years.

gathered to find out more about what
the company had to offer them. BDO presented the
students with information about the overall company,
what sets the apart from other firms, internship
opportunities, and took the time to answer questions
brought forward by the students. After the
presentation, students were given the opportunity to
network with the BDO recruiter. This included
