Students from schools across Qatar, and their parents, value the opportunity to meet with representatives of the Outreach office to inquire about requirements and application deadlines. Events include fairs across Qatar and the region to which academic counselors are invited, such as the ACAC MENA Regional Institute College Fair, which took place at Georgetown University in Qatar from October 6-8, 2025.
Doha Counselors Day took place on September 28, 2025. Counselors from many schools across Doha were invited over to the HBKU Student Center at Education City to discuss the latest requirements and updates of all nine universities. The event began with presentations; then workshops were formed to deliver the information in more detail. The Outreach office participates in many events to meet prospective student, parents and school administrators.
