The Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation held its 29th annual Jalapeño Golf Classic on Aug . 8 at Morgan Creek Golf Club in Roseville . Proceeds benefited the Chamber Foundation ’ s Mayor Joe Serna , Jr .
