Main Street Lounge – Roast & Vine
524 Main St . Suite 101
Toby Barajas had the concept for Main Street Lounge in his head for years before it finally opened in August 2020 . “ I had always wanted to do outdoor cooking using raw firewood ,” says Barajas , a seasoned local restaurateur who partnered with Rudy Peniche on this new venture . “ Every Sunday , my dad would barbeque , so those flavors are very nostalgic .” Nearly everything at Main Street Lounge is cooked in the wood-fired oven on the picturesque brick patio . Plates are meant to be shared and feature produce from local farms . “ They bring in whatever they have and we turn that into dinner ,” Barajas says . Try the Caesar salad tucked into fresh-baked bread , their bestselling breakfast sandwich and , of course , wood-fired pizza . The restaurant will also soon offer catering under the moniker Roast & Vine .
