BUILD PURPOSE
The Modern-Sundt joint venture is constructing the new
158,790-square-foot, five-story expansion at Oroville Hospital.
The project will add much needed capacity by expanding ambulatory
services, adding a 24-bed ICU unit, nine LDRP beds, a five-bed
postpartum unit, and a 70-bed medical/surgical unit.
The acute healthcare market in California is very
significant. We are fortunate to align ourselves
with the right partners to successfully deliver this
exciting healthcare project for Oroville Health
and further their mission: providing excellent
health care to Butte County.
