Another Moto2 rider turned official WorldSBK team regular, Lecuona has had bright moments in his three years inside the paddock. Injury and an inconsistent package have not helped this clearly fast and talented rider maximise his potential.
Such are the wide-ranging capabilities of Petrucci he is like a gilded two-wheeled chameleon. Last year he was victorious in all three WorldSBK races at the new Cremona circuit. He still defies categorisation, even in his third WorldSBK season.
Transfuge du Moto2 devenu pilote officiel d’ une équipe WorldSBK, Lecuona a connu des moments de gloire au cours de ses trois années passées dans le paddock. Des blessures et un package inconstant n’ ont pas aidé ce pilote clairement rapide et talentueux à exploiter pleinement son potentiel.
Les multiples talents de Petrucci sont tels qu’ il est comparable à un caméléon sur deux roues. L’ année dernière, il a signé le triplé en WorldSBK sur le nouveau circuit de Crémone. Même pour sa troisième saison en WorldSBK, il reste difficile à qualifier.
