What projects are you currently working on ?
A few notable local projects we ’ ve recently completed or are finishing up include the Teaching and Learning Complex at UC Davis , a new innovative , 100,000-square-foot , four-story building …( that will include ) an auditorium , lab , lecture halls and classrooms ; Twelve Bridges High School in Lincoln , a new high school ( expected to open this fall ) built on a 56-acre site …; and Folsom Lake Intake improvements , which provides a vital water source for customers in El Dorado Hills .
How did Royal Electric navigate the pandemic ?
Construction industry associations like Associated General Contractors of California and Sacramento Regional Builders ’ Exchange helped us navigate the barrage of information and regulations in the early days of the pandemic ... As a company , we made a strategic decision to continue growing our team during the pandemic because we knew the work would be there to build beyond 2020 . We invested in training our teams while projects were slow and in leveling up our processes and departments to be poised for the growth we predicted and are seeing in 2021 .
The New Clifford L . Allenby Building
Airco is proud to be have been on the project team for the exciting new Clifford L . Allenby building , a transformative new State of California office building for our city ’ s urban core .
