The technology park’s dynamic work-live-play environment will attract highly skilled professionals to the region and will provide new housing opportunities and a long-term economic base for Woodland’s future generations.” Mansion Apartments Anastasia Bonaccorso, director of marketing and special projects, SKK Developments Type of Development: Mixed use Description: 186 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units Size: About 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail Location: 700 16th St., Sacramento Start Date: Spring 2020 Completion Date: Spring 2022 What makes this project significant? “This project replaces a block that has been inhabited by a derelict building for half a decade in direct view of the Governor’s Mansion, (Chando’s Cantina), Holiday Inn Express, Broadway Sacramento and Sacramento Theatre Company.
