This weekend’ s World Superbike event marks the midway point of the season at Donington Park, and there’ s plenty of awesome racing action to look forward to across the remainder of the year. Here’ s some of the highlights still to come over the next few months.
1 / 2 AUGUST CRMC CLASSIC MOTORCYCLE FESTIVAL
One of the biggest celebrations of retro motorcycle racing in Europe, the Classic Motorcycle Festival brings together hundreds of vintage racing machines for two days of superb action.
Expect over 40 races across the event, with solos and sidecars ranging from the 1940s right up to the mid-1990s set to return to racing action. Headline races include the ACU Classic Championship, the ACU Post Classic Championship featuring the Wheatcroft Trophy and the Lansdowne Classic Series for Grand Prix machinery. Look out for Manx Nortons, Rudges, Triumphs, Vincents and more!

In addition, there will be numerous parades full of specials and rarities, and large display areas too, including a big gathering from the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club, and star rider appearances.
Quite literally the‘ biggest’ racing event of the year, as the behemoths of the British Truck Racing Championship, the largest racing machines in the country, return to Donington Park for a supersized weekend of family fun.
Multiple truck races are the main attraction, with a packed support race card featuring sports and saloon cars too.

Up to a thousand show trucks will go on display on the circuit infield, where there will also be manufacturer displays, trade areas and live music. Meanwhile, a live action arena will feature more thrills and spills, including the always-popular Caravan Smash!
22 / 23 AUGUST KWIK FIT BRITISH TOURING CAR CHAMPIONSHIP
The UK’ s most popular four-wheeled racing series heads back to Donington Park for a second time in 2026, this time on the full Grand Prix circuit.
Three frenzied headline races will move the series closer to deciding this year’ s champion in a wide-open title fight for the country’ s leading tin top stars, driving cars from Hyundai, Ford, Toyota, Mercedes, BMW and Audi.
A busy support package will feature sports cars, hot hatches and single-seaters, with wall-to-wall racing on the main Sunday race day.
