Comstock ’ s is delighted to welcome you to this Special Section highlighting Placer Valley in collaboration with regional leaders . Placer Valley encompasses the cities of Roseville , Rocklin , Lincoln , Loomis , Granite Bay and the unincorporated areas of South Placer County .
The Placer Valley economy isn ’ t just recovering well — it ’ s in full-on growth mode . Retail is reaching prepandemic levels , new medical facilities are being developed to serve a surging population , downtown Roseville is seeing unprecedented investment and incubators like the Growth Factory are growing the next generation of business leaders .
The area ’ s well-regarded K-12 schools , particularly John Adams Academy , are drawing families from all over the region . The area ’ s higher education institutions are also doubling down on supporting workforce development and creating innovative new programs .
Placer Valley boasts a huge number of activities the whole family can enjoy , and many of them are finally getting back into the swing of things after a two-year hiatus .
