Founder and President Kirk Taber guides this full-service brand consultancy as it assists private , public and nonprofit sector clients in demonstrating and leveraging their value . As a leader , Taber enjoys contributing to his team members ’ growth and happiness and helping them find their work / life balance . He has been fortunate to have been very involved in his children ’ s lives and encourages his employees to seek that presence with their own families .

Creative Director Zachary Willmann has been with TCG since 2005 , Art Director John Kortas since 2013 , Director of Client Services Cindy Sutton since 2016 , and newest team member Gianna Ross has been on board for more than a year .
