It’ s a winter wonderland
Brrrrrrrr! It’ s PERISHING here. Ice has covered more or less everything, even the oceans. Glaciers stretch as far as the eyes can see – all the way to the equator! Even the ice has ice on it! But don’ t worry – tiny life, like algae, is still hanging on underneath it all. After this chilly time, things will warm up and amazing changes can begin. At least, that’ s what the tour rep says, not sure I believe them.

A gardener’ s paradise
Everything’ s coming up green following the Cambrian explosion, which was like a massive fireworks show for life on Earth. The oceans are teeming with amazing creatures – animals with shells, spines, and even eyes are starting to appear. Trilobites, which look like little armoured bugs, are everywhere. We’ ve heard that big trees and colourful flowers will come next, covering the once-dull land with humming insects, and even the first reptiles! I’ m on the look out for lizards but first, mocktails!
