Chris Pumphrey , an Act ! Certified Consultant with more than 30 years of experience , partners with clients in Sacramento and beyond to elevate and optimize their Act ! -based business platforms . The Act ! customer relationship management ( CRM ) application is used by more than 3 million people in the U . S . and is a powerful , comprehensive tool that drives sales and marketing campaigns and tracks and manages relationships for businesses of all sizes .
“ From teaching a client how to use different Act ! features and troubleshooting technical issues to mentoring clients on optimizing marketing automation and cleaning up unruly databases , I help clients with a variety of tasks ,” says Pumphrey , owner of Act ! Pumphrey first started using Act ! in 1988 . He began consulting in 2001 and is celebrating a significant milestone this year — 20 years in business .
