PRIDE Industries , a pioneer in social enterprise , creates employment for people with disabilities . With core diversity and inclusion values , the company ’ s CXOs are 43 percent women , their directors are 50 percent women and , of all management titles , 61 percent are women .

Leah Burdick , chief growth officer , leads marketing , proposals , growth support , helpline functions , and The Michael Ziegler PRIDE Industries Foundation — all while guiding the development of brand and company messaging . She oversees corporate , lines of business and recruitment marketing , public relations , and much more . “ I ’ m the mother of a son with ADHD and an advocate for foster youth ,” she says . “ It ’ s a privilege to use my marketing and business growth experience to promote inclusive workplaces . Propelling talent development and employment opportunities for people with disabilities — and for groups who face other barriers to employment — is important to me .”
Tina Oliveira , chief human resources officer , oversees benefits , compensation , employee / labor relations , training , and recruiting functions . She ’ s been with PRIDE Industries for more than 25 years and says , “ As part of our diversity , equity , and inclusion ( DEI ) efforts , all executives , leaders , and managers have attended diversity trainings . I have benefited from these trainings as well as from being a member of our Diversity Advisory Council , where various employees throughout the company provide their input , knowledge , and experience into our company ’ s diversity initiatives .”
Dr . Jennifer Camota Luebke , chief rehabilitation officer , leads vocational rehabilitation programming strategy and operations . She oversees the company ’ s disability employment advocacy efforts , working with employment services organizations as well as state and federal legislative offices . The parent of an adult son with a disability ( who has fulltime employment goals ), Luebke ’ s role with PRIDE Industries is personal and professional . She says , “ I ’ m grateful for the two women executives , Leah Burdick and Tina Oliviera , who helped pave the way for me and others .
