Olson joined JPMorgan Chase ’ s Business Banking team in 2013 as a Business Relationship Manager in the greater Sacramento area . Today , she leads a team who manages existing client relationships and develops new business , while focusing on relationship building , customer financial advice , client experience and risk management .
Backed by a business administration degree and 15 years of banking and finance experience , Olson has been a consistent top performer at JPMorgan Chase , recognized as a four-time National Achiever for Business Banking . With her track record of success and passion for leadership , she ’ s recently been promoted to Area Manager , where she ’ s responsible for managing and growing the firm ’ s local team .

This team of employees dedicates time outside of their jobs to fulfill the firm ’ s commitment to the local community .
