De paddock van het Motul FIM Superbike Wereldkampioenschap wordt dit jaar uitgebreid tot 13 verschillende fabrikanten, die in ten minste één categorie met op productie gebaseerde motoren rijden. Van WorldSBK tot de geheel nieuwe WorldSPB-klasse, ze zijn hier allemaal vertegenwoordigd.
Honda HRC, naturally enough, is the lead team campaigning the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade once again, this year with ex-GP paddock regulars, Somkiat Chantra and Jake Dixon as the chosen riding duo. There will also be CBR600RR entries in WorldSSP once again.

The long-established and highly respected Puccetti Racing took over the Kawasaki WorldSBK squad in 2025, and they are back again with Garrett Gerloff and an updated Ninja ZX-10RR. The Ninja ZX-6R 636 will run in both the WorldSSP and WorldSPB classes.
Het al lang bestaande en zeer gerespecteerde Puccetti Racing nam in 2025 het Kawasaki WorldSBK-team over en is nu opnieuw terug met Garrett Gerloff en een vernieuwde Ninja ZX-10RR. De Ninja ZX-6R 636 zal zowel in de WorldSSP- als in de WorldSPB-klasse rijden.

The YZF-R1 model will power several WorldSBK teams once again this year. There will also be strong WorldSSP entries on the R9 three-cylinder machine. Yamaha is a founding member of the new WorldSPB class, with the R7, in a different spec from the WorldWCR version.
