HIGHLIGHTED PROJECTS : Metro Air Park Complex | Sacramento , CA Currently underway , the Metro Air Park 4 , 5 and 6 projects feature the construction of three tilt-up warehouse buildings that will total over 700,000 sf and 52 acres of site development . Building characteristics include slab-on-grade foundation , concrete tilt-wall construction , hybrid roof deck , TPO roof and ESFR sprinkler system . The property sits in a prime logistics location with easy access to major arterials and close proximity to distribution hubs .
LogistiCenter at Southport | Sacramento , CA Last year , Deacon completed the ground up construction of a 379,161 sf state-of-the-art , Class A , cross-dock tilt-up industrial facility . The building includes a 135 ft truck court , 106 trailer stalls , 36 ft clear height with 56 ft by 50 ft column spacing , 70 dock doors and 222 parking spaces . The project included 23 acres of sitework to prep this prime location for the facility . The LogistiCenter at Southport is near key distribution hubs and is easily accessed via major arterials .
