Once again, we proudly and enthusiastically welcome the world’ s best riders. In 2026, however, the visit of the Superbike World Championship to the Algarve International Circuit will be even more special, as for the first time we have a Portuguese rider on the starting grid of the premier category: Miguel Oliveira.
Committed to creating experiences for the whole family, the return of SBK to our circuit will once again take place in an environment where everyone can have fun and enjoy a weekend full of adrenaline and competition, complemented by a wide range of activities that will bring even more colour and excitement to the venue, making this an event with attractions for all.
The debut of the Sportbike category will also be a landmark moment for our circuit, as we host the very first race of this new class and, being the opening round on European soil, teams and riders will be eager to begin this new era with memorable racing.
At the Algarve International Circuit, Superbike is a very special place, creating a truly unique atmosphere. It was with this championship that everything began, and in 2026 we are certain we will once again experience a very special event.

Mais uma vez recebemos, com empenho e muito orgulho, os melhores pilotos do mundo. Em 2026, a visita do Mundial de Superbike ao Autódromo Internacional do Algarve será, no entanto, ainda mais especial, pois contamos pela primeira vez com um piloto português na grelha de partida da categoria principal: Miguel Oliveira.
Empenhados em criar experiências para toda a família, o regresso das SBK ao nosso circuito decorrerá, uma vez mais, num ambiente onde todos poderão divertir-se e desfrutar de um fim de semana de grande adrenalina e competição, acompanhado por diversas atividades que trarão ainda mais alegria e cor ao circuito, reforçando o carácter de um evento com motivos de atração para todos.
A estreia das Sportsbike será igualmente marcante para o nosso circuito, pois acolheremos a primeira corrida de sempre da nova classe e, sendo a primeira etapa em solo europeu, pilotos e equipas procurarão iniciar esta nova era com corridas memoráveis.
No Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, as Superbike são muito especiais e vivem-se sempre num ambiente único. Foi com elas que tudo começou e, em 2026, temos a certeza de que voltaremos a viver um evento especial.
