history. The Beatles,
nicknamed ‘the Fab Four’,
are four boys from
Liverpool, who had a
worldwide success during
the 1960s. The
phenomenon was so huge
that it was called ‘the
British Invasion’.
The Beatles revolutionised
pop music, in terms of
musical style and the
public attitude towards
rock and roll. A number of
musicians today cite them
as their inspiration and
musical influence.
