FLAGS & LIGHTS
GREEN FLAG : track is clear . BANDERA VERDE : la pista está despejada .
BLUE FLAG : tells a rider he is about to be overtaken . BANDERA AZUL : piloto a punto de ser adelantado .
YELLOW FLAG : waved at each row of the starting grid to indicate that the start is delayed . BANDERA AMARILLA : agitada en cada fila de la parrilla , avisa de que la salida se ha retrasado .
A SINGLE YELLOW FLAG : waved at the flag marshal post it indicates that there is danger ahead . UNA BANDERA AMARILLA : agitada en la posición del controlador , indica peligro en la pista .
TWO YELLOW FLAGS : waved together at the flag marshal post indicates that there is a hazard wholly or partly blocking the track . The riders must slow down and be prepared to stop - and no overtaking . DOS BANDERAS AMARILLAS : agitadas juntas desde la posición del controlador indica peligro que bloquea la pista total o parcialmente . Los pilotos deben reducir la velocidad y no pueden adelantar .
YELLOW AND RED STRIPED FLAG : adhesion on this section of the track could be adversely affected by any reason other than rain - oil spills or debris , etc . BANDERA CON FRANJAS AMARILLAS Y ROJAS : indica problemas de adherencia en este tramo de la pista por causas distintas a la lluvia .
WHITE FLAG WITH DIAGONAL RED CROSS : drops of rain on this specific section of the track affecting the track surface . Must be waved at the flag marshal post . BANDERA BLANCA CON CRUZ ROJA DIAGONAL : indica presencia de lluvia en este tramo de la pista que afecta la adherencia al asfalto .
WHITE FLAG : Rain at some parts of the circuit . BANDERA BLANCA : indica lluvia en algunos puntos del circuito .
RED FLAG AND RED LIGHTS : when the race or practice is being interrupted , the red flag will be waved at each flag marshal post and the red lights around the track will be on . Riders return slowly to the pits . BANDERA Y LUCES ROJAS : interrupción de la carrera o de los entrenamientos , indicada ondeando la bandera roja desde cada posición de comisario y encendiendo luces rojas alrededor del circuito . Los pilotos deben regresar a los boxes lentamente .
BLACK FLAG : used to convey instructions to one specific rider , together with the rider ’ s number . The rider must stop at the pits at the end of the current lap . BANDERA NEGRA : se utiliza para ordenarle a un piloto concreto , identificado por su dorsal , que al terminar la vuelta debe detenerse en boxes . También se le puede mostrar por otros motivos , como avisarle de algún tipo de problema técnico no peligroso .
BLACK FLAG WITH ORANGE DISK : the rider in question ’ s motorcycle has mechanical problems likely to endanger himself or others . He must immediately leave the track . BANDERA NEGRA CON CIRCULO NARANJA : se utiliza para advertir a un piloto concreto , identificado por su dorsal , de que su moto sufre problemas mecánicos que pueden suponer un peligro para él mismo o para los demás competidores , e indicarle que debe abandonar la pista inmediatamente .
CHEQUERED FLAG : finish of races or practice sessions . BANDERA A CUADROS : señaliza el final de la carrera o del entrenamiento .
