Nominations for the Prestigious
LEN AVARD Award
Project Manager Reports
The Website has sent an email to 171
Project Managers in Eastern Region Districts. So far 69 have been submitted and
21 are in progress and 81 have not been
started.
If the reports are not received by the end
of May the Board will have to look at
marking these projects completed as the
Reports are required to be available for
the auditors to inspect. We know that
there is learning process for all but Nationally we have had 179 reports submitted.
RAWCS District Chairs have a role to play
in insisting that Project Managers from
their Districts complete and submit the
reports. I have included details of how
the RAWCS District Chairs and all Project
Managers can access the RAWCS Directory to see which of their projects have
submitted their reports.
Volunteer Team Leader Reports
From mid-May 2016 on all Team Leaders
will receive an email 7 days after returning from their trip with a link to an Online
Team Leaders Report. They will be required to complete it and submit it in a
similar fashion to the Project Manager
Reports with in another 14 days (21 days
from returning home). The email will
have a file attached that explains how to
fill it out and that file will also be on the
RAWCS National website.
Before the end of the Rotary year nominations will be called for the RAWCS
Eastern Region LEN AVARD Award.
The Len Avard award is an annual
award given to the RAWCS Rotarian
