“ There aren ’ t necessarily a lot of venues for young professionals to connect in this way where they are getting group training as well as individual coaching , and also exposure to different types of industries ,” said Hoglund . “ It ’ s really rewarding to be able to see these new connections being made and be able to see that value .”
