The Eden Prairie Community Center ’ s state-of-the-art facilities , recreation programs and fitness activities are designed to help you live well ! Community Center members and daily use fee patrons enjoy a fitness center , complete with top-of-the-line cardio equipment , resistance training and free weights and group fitness studios ; an Aquatics Center with two eight-lane , 25-yard lap pools , two diving boards , a climbing wall , zerodepth entry recreation pool , hot tub and water slide ; two full-sized racquetball courts ; three ice rinks ; men ’ s , women ’ s and family locker rooms ; an indoor play area with child care available ; and several meeting room facilities for private parties and other gatherings . SCHEELS
SCHEELS opened in July of 2020 . The store is 254,000 square feet and houses the state ’ s largest sporting goods selection under one roof . It includes 85 specialty shops , Fuzziwigs Candy Factory , a 65-foot Ferris wheel , and a 16,000 gallon saltwater aquarium just to name a few of the exciting new features for customers . Eden Prairie SCHEELS will employ around 400 associates that are passionate about their activities and can offer expert customer advice .
