Glass is one of the original and easiest materials to recycle without losing quality . There is no reason we should throw glass into our landfills as we can turn waste glass back into a new usable collection . |
Collection
The glass is collected ( recycle bin ), sorted by colour and washed to remove impurities .

Processing
Glass is crushed and then mixed with the raw materials to colour and / or enhance properties as necessary .

New products
Glass mixture is melted in a heater and then molded or blown into new glass bottles or jars .
