Having won the two most recent WorldSBK Championships Ducati is very much back as a force on track , via its official aruba . it Racing - Ducati team and numerous Independent outfits with machinery and riders of high calibre . An ever-present in WorldSBK , Ducati will field six riders in 2024 .

There will be six Yamaha riders in all this year . Yamaha ’ s management , engineering and development headquarters are based in Italy , with the highly experienced UK-based Crescent Racing organisation conducting logistical activities across the season . Yamaha runs competitive efforts in all three championships .

In very recent times Kawasaki has been the manufacturer to beat , with no less than seven Riders ’ World Championships taken by the official Kawasaki Racing team , run by the Barcelona-based Provec Racing outfit . Kawasaki runs strong efforts in both Supersport championships , not just WorldSBK .

The 2021 WorldSBK champion Toprak Razgatlioglu joins BMW this year , competing on the latest transverse four cylinder M1000RR . The official ROKit BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team is an amalgam of BMW engineers and overall management , with the UK-based SMR outfit taking care of the logistical and on-track tasks .
