MARCH : Over 100 local businesses from home improvement to health and wellness spend the day connecting with residents about their products and services .
APRIL : Beer and wine sampling from 20 local brewers and wineries , hot and hearty apps , and fun raffle prizes . 100 % of ticket sales go to fund scholarships .

Kevin Delk has invested heavily in education and workforce development – donating money , equipment , and time to train our teachers and students . He is one of the Chamber ’ s founding Lakeville Works donors , a business and education partnership whose mission is to create awareness of in-demand careers in our community . Delmar is also one of Lakeville Area Schools Youth Skills Training partner employers – employing a new high school student intern each semester who is working towards class credit and industry certification . Kevin Delk was honored in 2020 as the Chamber ’ s Education Business Partner of the Year .
Kevin Delk is a natural teacher , mentor , and connector . You can sense the pride when he tells stories about the people he has been able to help – not because it adds to his success , but because it starts them on a path to theirs .
Kevin has built a strong and thriving company from a 2,400 square foot facility to a 32,000 square foot footprint , by finding out what people need , finding a way to build it , and finding a way to make money doing it . What makes Kevin ’ s story unique is not his passion for the widget , but instead his passion for the people that he meets along the way . He continues to cast a wider net , impacting the journey of so many who are lucky enough to cross his path in life .
