The Lakeville Chamber is in its 75th year and the Convention & Visitors Bureau in its 26th year of serving the Lakeville area helping to make a thriving , growing , and inclusive community . Lakeville truly is a wonderful place to live , work , visit and play with so much to see and do and many great amenities and places for you to explore .
Lakeville continues to be one of the fastest growing cities in the metro area and continues to make improvements to our parks and recreational amenities . The city added a performance stage to Casperson Park and live outdoor concerts are planned for 2023 and beyond ! Popular Antler ’ s Park on Lake Marion is undergoing a complete make over with the re-opening scheduled for spring 2024 .
The Official Area Guide & Chamber Directory is your one stop shop to exploring our vast array of local services , area partnerships , flourishing businesses , and rich hospitality facilities provided by members . The Lakeville Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism will introduce you to what Lakeville has to offer . ADVOCACY & ACCESS
The mission of the Lakeville Chamber of Commerce is to be the advocate , resource and leader for our members and the business community . As such , we work throughout the year to create opportunities for you to have meaningful conversations , make direct connections , and have access to people and resources that are important to your business and to your employees .
CANDIDATE FORUMS During election years , the Chamber conducts candidate forums for Lakeville City Council , ISD194 School Board , State Senate , and State Representatives . Our moderators ask candidates about their goals and priorities as they relate to our business community , and our members . Forums are open to the public both in-person or via live stream . They are also recorded and made available on the City and Chamber websites .
CHAMBER COALITION OF DAKOTA COUNTY
The Lakeville Chamber partners with our neighboring Dakota County Chambers of Apple Valley , Burnsville , Hastings and River Heights on programs , videos and events aimed at information sharing and connecting you with others throughout the county .
INFORMATION SHARING The Lakeville Chamber aggregates and distributes information to the appropriate chamber members regarding resources , grant and loan opportunities , program information and more from various entities including our county and state agencies , the state and national chambers , and other appropriate entities .
