Allina Health is expanding their footprint in Lakeville with a new multi-specialty center and primary care clinic . The multispecialty center and primary care clinic will open this year . The facility will bring the full Allina Health ambulatory platform to the south metro . This will include more than 20 specialties , such as orthopedics , oncology , women ’ s health and cardiology , and an ambulatory surgery center . In addition , construction is underway on Lakeville Medical Building ( Cedar and Dodd ), near Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh . The new 44,000-square-foot two-story medical office building will be anchored by Allina Health Primary Care & Eye Care .
