LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Leadership Hudson is the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce ’ s premier community leadership program . This biennial program takes a full day each month , September to June , to bring together emerging leaders from all sectors of the Hudson area . Leadership Hudson is dedicated to providing a comprehensive learning experience that cultivates community leadership while participants explore key community issues and avenues of involvement .
TOURISM BUREAU
The Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce is also the local Tourism Bureau . The Tourism Bureau promotes Hudson to increase the number of visitors to the area . This includes coordinating the out-of-area marketing as well as being the source of information about lodging , natural resources , attractions , activities , restaurants , shopping , arts , events , and any and all questions about the area .
Travel and tourism enhance the quality of life in our community by providing jobs and bringing in tax dollars for improvement of services and infrastructure .
