Little was done for saving those relative untouched and pristine
lands, placed across the Silk Road. Region is still on the verge of
forgetfulness. Charismatic species and natural environment was not
yet conserve into the future, project which should be carried out by
conservationist and natural historian is chance for change that.
More cooperate studies and campaigns should be done for
undestanding unknown animals and those habitats in peril.
Extraordinary animal from the Kanas Range are still hidden, as well.
Those exceptional and outstanding forms are recorded from the
inland of former chinese turkestan. Other forms inhabits Nord
Caucasus and remote swamps in central Siberia are over there.
Where are more forgotten areas and those fauna inhabits them?
Nobody knows. Proposed initiatives are: Across the borders of
Kanas and other areas. Gathering data from Xinjiang’s dark
massive. Natural history and conservation of Kanas lake giant
salmon, unknown leporids, one unknown bear-like tetrapod, ksy-
gyik, giant bluish gerbil from remote Koshetau etc. Other initiatives
are based on Zaamin Swamps where coexist enigmatic & unknown
equid, well known by local hunters and inhabitants.
