measurements have been taken, BiaCare requires that the person who will be measuring complete the following
before a custom order will be accepted:
1) WATCH VIDEO: The person measuring agrees to watch the instructional videos at BiaCare.com.
2) READ WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS:
The person measuring agrees to read all of the written
instructions for measuring. Written instructions can be found on page 60, online at BiaCare.com,
or emailed/faxed by contacting Sales@BiaCare.com.
