London Fashion Week has just gone by and we need to react quickly to trends to ensure that we make the most out the emerging trends before it’s too late. To ensure we do this we need to utilise our factory in the UK to make sure we can get stock onto our webpage as quickly as possible.
We have seen from Fashion Week that plaid, check and dogtooth are once again a big Autumn Winter trend, and lucky for us we know they work. Our buyers now just need to work to make exciting new garments incorporating the trend that designers like House Of Holland and Vivienne Westwood brought to us.
In order to make sure we can create sufficient stock we need to make sure we manage our production times well, for example we could save slots in our production schedule for ‘fast trends’ that are finalised at the last minute.
We always notice an increase in orders during times close to the catwalks so in order to cope with this we make sure we are well staffed and ready for slightly more orders.
