Over the next few spreads is three examples of political, social and legal events that will cause, or even have caused an impact on us at Boohoo! We need to be ready to face the challenges of the industry and work to use every situation to our advantage.
The general election is set for May this year and there is much debate as to what the final outcome will be. Many experts have noticed how many parties are prominent this election (there are six parties with over 5% backing them) and they’re almost certain we will end up in a coalition again. Polls are rapidly trying to predict who will win the majority. But what will this mean for boohoo? It will most likely have the biggest effect on our customers as this coalition may lead to uncertainty and instability.
