St. Vincent and the Grenadines provides Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) at secondary level mainly through four Technical Institutes, while the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College offers TVET programs at the post-secondary level. In the 2021-2022 academic year, 222 students (83 males and 139 females) were enrolled in TVET programs at the Technical Institues, with the highest enrollment at the Campden Park Technical Institute and the lowest at the Kingstown Technical Institute.

St. Vincent and the Grenadines has established a TVET Certification Framework, enabling the issuance of National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) and Caribbean Vocational Qualifications (CVQs). The Sector Skills Development Agency (SSDA) and its secretariat, the National Qualifications Department (NQD), are responsible for developing TVET programs and certification.

To enhance the TVET system's capacity, the government has invested in the TVET Development Project, financed by the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB). The project aims to address the capacity-building needs for expanding access to TVET programs and improving the learning environment. Additionally, the CDB project includes the construction of smart classrooms at the four Technical Institutes.
