People should start checking themselves if they feel like something is wrong. The earlier they check, the more they’ll be able to know more about their illness.
Emotional and behavioral changes have different effects on different people . These effects are usually bad—one starts to lose their memory or have a reaction if another person experience triggers an Emotional or Behavioral Disorder (EBD). EBD is the term for any kind of emotional, mental, or behaivioral disorder that one may have, such as PTSD or misconduct disorder. It refers to a condition in which behavioral or emotional responses of an individual are not like those of other people around them; this means their reactions to triggering things must be age appropriate, or fit their ethnic or cultural norms. Their reactions adversely affect their performance in such areas as self care, social relationships, personal adjustment, academic progress, classroom behavior, or work adjustment.
EBD can co-exist with other conditions. People with an EBD can include children, youth, and even adults with schizophrenia, affective disorders, anxiety disorders, or sustained disturbances of conduct, attention, or adjustment.
