Beginning with 3 minutes: Make a list of how many people you intentionally give your full presence and attention to?
Take 3 minutes to think about how many people you would want to invite to a special right of passage event? IE Wedding, Funeral, Child Birth and Naming Ceremony. Name as many as possbile without over thinking but allowing a feeling of joy reveal who you would imagine would be present. **Be aware of guilt or obligation influencing who you might invite.
Allow 3 minutes to make a list of who you might want around you if you were very ill and trust would be really present with your needs?
