Their journey was very calm, safe and peaceful. After hours of driving they successfully reached the airport. Father Noah parked the car. “Alright, you three can go inside the airport, and I will get the luggage,” he said. “Okay, but first let me take my notebook,” said Jesey. “You and your notebook,” Noah rolled his eyes. She took her notebook and went off with her mother and brother. Once the clock hit 10, they boarded the airplane. Jesey sat with her mother, Nate with his father. When the plane took off, Jesey took her notebook and murmured something under her breath. Then she lifted her eyes off her book and saw someone very unpleasant and unexpected. The same scary-looking man was on the plane, smiling widely with his yellow teeth and looking straight at Jesey. She felt a cold shiver rush through her spine. Jesey closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She decided to simply ignore the man’s stares. She was pretty exhausted and fell asleep.
“Jesey…Jesey,” her mother shook her. ”My dear, we’re landing.” “Wow, already?” Jesey replied. “Yes, you were asleep for a long time,” July smiled. Jesey was so happy they reached their destination safely. When they landed, father Noah called a taxi. “I am so thrilled, I can’t wait to see the Alps!” said Nate. “So am I, son. Oh, there’s our taxi,” Noah gestured. Once all four of them were in the car, the driver calmly asked, “Where to sir?” Before father Noah could respond, he noticed how distinguished the driver’s clothes were. He was wearing a black robe that was covering his face. He also sounded oddly familiar. “To the hotel Val Sinestra,” Noah replied. He wasn’t bothered by the driver’s clothing style very much, it was just unusual. The driver whispered something and drove off. After an hour, they were already at the hotel. “We would like a room for four people,” said mother July. “Very well, here’s room 23 for you,” responded the woman behind the register. Jesey liked the room, but something was making her anxious. They were all so tired that they jumped on the bed and fell asleep, all except Jesey. She was lying in her bed scrolling through her phone, and she didn’t notice how fast time had passed. It was 9 p.m., so she decided to get some sleep, too.
