The Mystery of Mount Everest
Early in September. A team of four climbers decided to go on an adventure to climb the tallest mountain on Earth. The adventure started in Manchester, United Kingdom, when the team decided to book the tickets less than a week before the flight to Nepal.
The second Friday of September has approached. Early in the morning, the team members met at the Manchester airport. Not long after, a flight to Nepal took off. Friday was getting into the evening when the plane with the team of climbers landed in Kathmandu, Nepal. The last thing climbers had to do was fly to Lukla. This flight was the last one before the hike to Gorakshep and the climb on Mount Everest. The climbers stayed for the night at the nearest hotel.
In the morning, the team got ready for an eight-day walk to the nearest village, Gorakshep. Over a week later, the team reached its destination. Gorakshep village was the last location before the forty-day climb to the peak of Mount Everest.
Finally, the next day, over two weeks after the booking of tickets, climbers started their adventure. As days went by, the team successfully climbed over half-way. The peak of Mount Everest looked like it was just days away.
