saw the name Arthur on the dagger. The queen remembered that the dagger was from the king. The guards asked the man and said, “When you tell me where from and who gave the dagger, you will be free. Until then, you will be here in the dungeons of the queen’s castle".
Queen said to search in all the books to find out who King Arthur was and where he was from. Suddenly, the queen remembered the letter. The name Arthur was written on it.
“Is he the same person? Is he the king?"
It was a late evening when she went to her bedroom and remembered the letter, the dagger, and the name in the letter: “ARTHUR”. At that moment, someone started knocking at the door, at first quietly, but a few seconds later the knocking started to get louder and louder. The queen went down the stairs. She was afraid of … She even didn’t know what she was afraid of…
When going downstairs, Queen‘s heart started pounding, sweat appeared on her forehead and started dripping down her body. Before she could reach the handle, the door burst open! A little boy was standing on the doorstep with a big smile on his face and a glove in his hand.
‘I have found a glove, Auntie!’ he shouted. ‘Is it yours?'
Queen was too scared to say anything. She started stammering. The only words that came out of her mouth were, ‘G….g….give it to me! I’ll see," and she shut the door.
When heading back for her bedroom, she felt that her hands were empty, and she glanced at them. To her astonishment, there was no glove in her hands, no glove on the floor, no glove anywhere around her. She thrust towards the door, opened it, but there was no child there. She looked around and saw her guards.
‘Come here at once! I need to talk to you," she screamed in panic.
‘How could we help you, your Majesty?’ they asked in a choir, bowing politely.
‘Where is the little boy?’ she wanted to know.
