Science came to life for 5th graders at Northeast Middle School. Students dived into the states of matter in the most delicious way by creating root beer floats as they explored how solids, liquids, and gases interact. It's hands-on learning with high engagement.
We're celebrating a major milestone! Our 8th graders stepped inside the first-ever LCSD Career and Technical Education Center for an early tour during the LCSD Reality Fair. While the facility opens next school year, students from Northeast Middle School were among the first to explore it.
Learning came to life for Alpha Club members at Northeast Middle School during an exciting visit to the Mississippi Children's Museum in Meridian.
