This section of the report explores the internal efficiencies within the OECS region, with a specific emphasis on areas such as repetition rates, dropout rates, class sizes, and student-teacher ratios in both primary and secondary schools. At the primary school level, 68% of the total 1398 regional repeaters are male, while the remaining 32% are female.
