Then I saw my grandpa:
“Hi, grandpa”, – I told him.
“Oh, Anna. We missed you so much,” – he answered.
“I know. I missed you too.”
All I could think about was that I knew my grandparents were the best. I went upstairs into my room. Nothing had changed inside after my last visit.
Later on, we had dinner together.
“Thank you, grandma, the dinner was so good,” – she always knew how to surprise me with her cooking.
“You are welcome, my dear,” – he said.
“Your grandma knows everything,” - said my grandpa Emanuel with a big smile on his face.
It sounded weird. Nevertheless, I did not take it for real. After the dinner, I washed the dishes and went to bed. It was quite late.
The next morning I woke up at 8 a.m. The smell of my mom's breakfast did not let me sleep longer.
