Boohoo have a customer service team who deal with the query forms within 48 hours as the customers opinions and comments are valued. They also have a twitter help team who dedicate their time to dealing with customers complaints and questions. I received speedy customer service from Kat who was very friendly and answered all my concerns. I was pleased with the customer service I received and with my delivery which arrived on time.

of theese promotions and to buy more. They also have a style tips section which tells you what you can wear with the product as well as similar products, encouraging the customer to make multiple purchases. Boohoo gives you the opportunity to not only see the product on a model but to view a catwalk show as well which is good as the customer can see what it looks like properly and they will be more likely to buy it.
