Jim woke up and realized where he was. Mark told Jim to immediately pick up the keys.

Jim softly unlocked the cell, but the key almost broke. He still proceeded carefully and unlocked Mark's cell. Both of them quietly tried to get out of the basement.

After that, Mark and Jim ran to the front door and unlocked it from the inside.

They made it out, looked back and, to their surprise, the Old Man was nowhere in sight.

The boys painfully ran with wounds and cuts until they eventually got home. They ran into the house, locked the front door and hid in fear. Later, they dare to clean up each other’s wounds.

A few days went by and the event left them both traumatized. As if this event wasn’t bad enough, Mark’s grandpa passed away. The boys came to the grave of Mark’s sweet old grandpa. Jim came with flowers and Mark came with tears.

 An hour went by and Jim started spacing out during the funeral and noticed something strange. His eyes were casually darting around the cemetery and he noticed a grave with the old man’s name engraved in the slab of stone. Jim quickly caught Mark’s attention when he nicked on Mark’s suit. Mark’s emotions were all over the place. He felt a sense of sadness, confusion and anger all at once. He didn’t know what to feel. The lettering on the gravestone said "Patrick Fitzgerald’’. It was the possible name of that old man...
