This one lovely night, during snowfall, Santa Claus was soaring through the night sky with his reindeer. He was practising flying for Christmas, since it’s only once per year, he had gotten rusty. Poor Santa made the wrong move and his reindeer came crashing down. Santa fell into a chimney, head-first and got stuck. A boy living in the house that Santa got stuck in, came running to the sound of the loud plop in his chimney. He peeked his head in the unlit fireplace and saw Santa stuck upside-down! Shocked, the boy screamed out “Santa, Santa! Are you okay?”, “Yes, my boy, I am alright, although, I am afraid I’m stuck!”. The child quickly grabbed something soft for Santa to land in, grabbed his hands and pulled with great might, but to no avail. Santa was really stuck! “Boy! I don’t think you can get me out of here… grab my reindeer and quick! Learn to fly! You must deliver all the presents to every good of heart on my list! Save Christmas!” And with that, the boy rushed upstairs to his room and slammed open the door labelled with a name in all caps. The name was Chris. He grabbed his festive Santa hat, which he had gotten from his parents last week, and rushed outside to seek out Santa’s reindeer. They were everywhere, scattered all around the town. What a disaster! Chris spotted a reindeer nearby and ran towards it, but alas, rushing around only made things worse – the reindeer got scared! So he sat on the ground, getting wet from the snow and ice, pondering to himself. What should he do? He thought and thought, but all he was doing was wasting time. Unfortunate little Chris, all he wanted to do was to save Christmas, but he didn’t know how. Finally! An idea so bright had popped into his mind! He will go seek his friends for help!
