All the three of them went to the time machine. Freddie, Baltasar and Einstein.

     ‘Where’s Aristotle?’ Baltasar asked.

‘He said he would be back soon, but now he’s late!’ Einstein complained.

‘Oh and there he is!’ Freddie yelled.

All the three of them looked over to the direction where Aristotle was coming from, but suddenly a confused look spread all over their faces. Aristotle wasn’t alone. A girl was walking beside him. They couldn’t see her face clearly. When they came closer Freddie’s eyes were wide open. It was Mary! Mary was standing beside Aristotle! Mary was shocked too. Freddie thought that Mary had agreed to come to the ’70s with him. But then Aristotle said:

‘Meet Mary, she’s going with me. She’s the love of my life. We are planning to get married when we get back.’

Freddie’s blood boiled. He was so angry.

‘How can you do this?’ he yelled. ‘I fell in love with her first!’

Aristotle and Freddie started arguing. Somehow Einstein managed to separate them. Baltasar got them into the machine, relieved to get rid of them.

‘Have a nice trip!’ he said and closed the door.

Freddie and Aristotle were silent the whole time. Mary was feeling guilty for all this. She tried to apologise to Freddie but he ignored her. Then suddenly everything went black. When Freddie woke up he looked around. He found himself lying in bed. It was dark. Aristotle woke up in his bed too. He woke up Einstein who had fallen asleep on his desk.

‘What a dream!’ all of them said simultaneously.

And all of them went back to sleep. Everything had just been a dream.
