for Corona Time

Try the following for Corona Times

Drink the concoction

1 inch ginger

1 inch ceremony

4 pieces of black pepper

8 pieces of Tulsi

1 Pc of clove

Boil in 300 ml of water, till it becomes 100 ml .

Drink this 3 times a day.

If anyone having bad cough, then

Haldi, half spoon, boil in 100 ml water for 2 minutes, and let the Haldi settle in the pan. Strain the water and drink 3 times a day.

For Vitamin D, Sun exposure for 30 minutes to one hour depending on your tolerance.

Generally

Eat only vegetables and drink lots of fluid. If there is no orange, make shikanji for hydration and Vitamin C, To get enough vitamin C , you need atleast 400 grams of Lemon to fulfil daily requirements. If you are sick, you need more.

Sleep : Please sleep in prone position for atleast 1 hour per day, so

that your lungs get enough oxygen. Do inhaling excercise. Deep breathing exercises.

Severe Flu : Whole Black Pepper, for normal flu. half. Plus two pieces of caramom.

Bad Headache : Blend fresh Mint leaves, apply on the forehead for 20 minutes.

For Pnemonia : Ginger 1 inck fresh juice, Tulsi 6 to 8 leaves, Mishri for taste, add everything and consume 1v teasppn 4 times a day.

For fever : 1/2 inch Cinnemon, Cardamom 2 pieces, small peeple 4 pieces, Tulsi 6 leaves , crushed, clove 1 piece, crush everything , boil and add mishri to taste, drink slowly. 3 to 4 times a day.
